Here we move the focus from the organic growth phase of your launch to establishing the metrics, evidence and business case for taking 3rd party investment.

We focus on demonstrating Product Market Fit and supporting you to secure the funding required to continue the expansion and growth.

Phase 1 - Create

This phase will include a series of workshops and interviews with you, your team and some early stage prospect interviews to validate our initial messaging before launching AB testing for client messaging.

Months 1 - 3

Initial workshops to review your “as is” state and agree your “to be” objectives before agreeing the plan and messaging.

We’ll create and deploy your initial demand generation messaging and architecture to start to test your market readiness and get some voice of the customer feedback.

Phase 2 - Compete

We have completed the initial outreach and validation of the “message fit” with your clients. We are now industrialising your client engagement and outreach to “get on base” with new clients.

Months 4 - 6

Building on the early clients meetings and voice of the customer, we will have validated your market readiness, identified your core target market and built message readiness for your ICP.

We should now we operating at 4 - 8 prospect meetings per week and converting 30-50% of these to sales qualified pipeline opportunities

Phase 3 - Complete

We are now working with a high number of active client engagements. In this phase we both continually nurture and qualify that these projects are still live, relevant, and budgeted.

Months 6 - 24

Here we qualify out those projects which do not represent a good ROI or a strong fit to your current TRL whilst moving towards contracted new revenue.

We will be building your KPI’s to understand your metrics for scaling with an understanding of your span of control, to shape the business case for your funding event.
